I need help every time I try to shock the people in the intermission scene it just goes right through them I want the raiden head camos how do I shock them

You don't shock them to get the face camos, all you need to do is bump into them. There are 4 extra face camos to get by doing this, Otacon's, Raiden visor closed, Raiden visor open and Colonel Campbell.

Im pretty sure all you have to do is bump into him for it to work. Thats all I did and I unlocked the raiden camo.
