How do you kill the pupet master above the globe I try every way and I still can't find out any help is apreciated.

You mean the last boss.
I had trouble with this too.
You can shoot the dolls until they fall to the ground and collect them.
One is used to kill people and the other one is used to shake dead bodies for items.
OK,inject yourself with the syringe naomi gave you and then you won't be controlled by screaming mantis anymore.
Once she has lost control of you can kill her by using her doll(the one that kills people).
When you use that doll,aim , and then fire and once you hit her,keep holding L1 and shake your controller up and down and her health and psyche will go down.

Crypto1037 has the right idea, but make sure you inject Meryl with the Syringe as well. She WILL shoot at you, and if she kills herself, you get a big game over.
