Trying to get 100% on trophies.
I have tried to get the Distinguished Combat Medal and I keep failing at the side missions. Is it possible that you don't need to do the side missions to get the trophy for both Hardcore and Insanity? If so, then what missions should I avoid in the story mode also because the cover system sucks and rockets kill you faster than you can say 'Bad bust.'
