It depends on what system you have the game for. The hulk is only avalable on the x-box version of the game.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED A FILE NAMED OFFICIAL CHARACTERS 13 AND I HAVE UNLOCKED RONIN,SABERTOOTH,VENOM,CYLOPS,NIGHTCRAWLER,MAGNETO AND HULK IN THE GAME PC.
