When you attack S.V.E.R. in sabotage, there are 2 buildings in front of B.
I've seen people lying on the left roof, but how do you get up there?

Respon on the left side, go out the door on the right side. Do not jump down, but go between the two buildings. Lay down and turn sideways and you will clime the wall to the top. Once at the top it is a little tricky to get on the roof. Not too sure if there is a trick to doing that. You can do it in a few trys.
