How do I restart the whole game to were I can redo all the levels in order

All you have to do is go to you play station home screen and look at your saved data to your playstation and delete the little big planet profile and when you play little big planet it will be as if you just got it from the store and you will restart the game.
Go to saved data utility, click on little big planet by pressing triangle and delete.
