Gringott's

In the Leaky Cauldron/Diagon Alley section of the game you have to repair the door to enter Gringott's. My son did this earlier in the game (I was not present for this). He still cannot enter Gringott"s. The door does not seem to need repair anymore since no spells are working. He has since acquired Accio to replace WiLe. Could this be a glitch in the game or did he miss something?

You have to switch over to use Hagrid to pull on the chain to the left of the door. It has to be a strong character.

This is a glitch in the game. I have the same problem. From what I read (haven't tried it yet), you need to go in to the game utility data and delete the 1.02 patch that was installed. Once you do this, you go in to the game, choose not to install the patch, and the door will be opened. However, this will cause you to not be able to gain trophies. So, go in to any free play level and play through it. Get the game to save and then quit. Reload the game, and this time install the patch. I hear this will now allow the doors to stay open for you.
