How do you kill the dump truck driver?

How do you kill the big dump truck driver? Kanes doughter keeps getting killed and I've tried to kill driver but it's just not happening please help!

You have to concentrate your fire on the side window of the truck. I have also noticed the the truck seems to kill jenny at different times everytime I play the level so try and kill him on the first run
