inFamous 2 Walkthrough and Maps
Single player walkthrough with videos of the whole game plus side missions. Plus Blast Shard maps and Dead Drop maps. And just to round it off nicel..

Until you get it try to have your alpha blast on deck as often as possible to be ready, then once you are in a mission or in an area were rocket attacks are imminent (watch towers?) be listening for the rocket sound, once fired, dodge immediately but take note were it came from, face that gen. Direction, aim, and wait for the next rocket. Judge distance and timing carefully.
