It acn be found within either the Online Dealership or the Used Car Dealership. From memory, it's a fairly expensive car. I bought mine for something rediculous like $2.5million. They may have reduced it's price, but it will still cost a fair amount.

Yeah, you can get it in the On-line collectors dealership, it cost me 2 million when I bought it so save up and keep looking on the on-line dealership
