At this point in time. Not that I'm aware of sorry. Possibly sometime in the future. But with that's happened with Japan and the Earthquakes, I'm not too sure if Polyphony will be releasing any DLC for a while.
You can get a Jaguar XJ13 Race Car Chrome Line through a Facebook App if you wish. The only other I can think of is the GT Academy GT-are SpecV which you win if you get all Golds in the Super License.
