Question for Gran Turismo 5

I've recently seen on youtube a person who had a Beetle 1100 Standard doing over 140mph, and accelerating with not too much trouble.... I was wondering, could someone could tell me how to build a Beetle to go that fast?

I just searched for the video, and the beetle isn't doing 140MHP, it's doing 140KPH. Which is around 70 or 80MPH.

All you'd need to do is buy all upgrades and have sports-soft tyres at minimum & find out what gear ratio works best to acheive that kind of speed, with that kind of acceleration.
