Well, if you have a broadband internet connection, and haven't yet updated your game data you could download the update version 1.05 and then race in the seasonal events that are currently open.

Other than that, you have to race and "grind" to earn your cash.

Or your could ask a friend to trade you some expensive cars so you can sell them. But you'll have to make sure your friend is ok with that though.

In a-spec you can do the turbo chellenge in expert series "high speed ring" and "like the wind" indianapolis in the extreme series, you need a pretty fast car for "like the wind" but you get a lot of money in no time!
