You can buy pickup trucks in the Used Car Dealership. If any of the trucks are premium then you can buy those in the Dealer.
Pick Ups are bought from the Used Car Dealership or, if you have downloaded the update version 1.05, the online dealership occasionally.
You can also win the Dodge RAM by completing one of the lisences bronze. I think its either International C or B.
