Premium cars have cockpit views, headlights etc...

Standard just have the 3 regular views.

I am unsure whether there is a difference in graphics between premium and standard.

From what I've gathered from playing. Standard cars have 3 views.

Front bumper. Hood/roof. and trailing (from behind the car).

Premium have the three mentioned above as well as an in-cabin view (sitting behind the steering wheel).

It also seems that Premium cars are able to have their wheels etc changed in the GT Auto shop whereas Standard cars cannot.

Premium cars have a cockpit view, and they have better graphics than Standard cars. The Premium cars can also change wheels and when you wash it the soap looks more realistic than when you wash a Standard car.Also, Premium cars have more realistic damage. Standard cars just look dirty when you wreck them.
