dont know of any cheats but just do the specail events. you get a ton of credit very quickly, you can also redo the ones you have already done and still get the money
Well you can do season events and get 300000 exp and get a million $ each time but do nuremburg no4 in a spec with the ford gt lm race car spec.

First, make sure you have the winnings at 200% for logging in 5 days or more in a row.
The car I use is the Honda Accord 88' to get $1.1 million in ten minutes & 30 seconds(or less). Mod it up but don't Turbo, just Supercharge instead. Then dumb down all of the power to around 126hp 369pp and go race the Japanese 80's Festival $200,000 credit seasonal Sarthe Circuit 2009 race. The cars you're racing will be 83' Ballade CRX, R31/R32 Skyline, Miata, etc.
The Accord has a lot of torque so the power is there, play with the top speed, I think it should be about 230/240kph, weight reduce to minimum weight. Comfort soft tires. Play with the height of the car & spring rate, and damping.
When you enter the race, cut as many corners as possible in order to keep your speed up. The places I use to get the farthest ahead are through the first section of sandy corners. Shoot across the sand bar at the top of the hill just after the first bend, then dive left on the open grass field. Cut right through the open paved section just before the long straight, draft and max out top speed, cut as tightly around the barriers through the sand (both sections)... Some small corners between her and finish will allow you to stay ahead, just barely. The last section you'll drive almost straight through cutting left at the tiny sand pile in view of the grand stands, threading the needle between the wall (on the right) and the track heading straight for the finish line! You should be able to finish the race upwards of 26 seconds ahead of 2nd place. 2 Laps. 5 mins each. 10 minutes, $1.13 million credits.
