This game hasn't come out yet, so therefore we won't know how to input cheats until it has.

This game is set for release somewhere between later in 2012, and early to mid 2013.

Well how do I say this. The game will come out 5/24/2012. The games cheat codes will not be released until it has sold more that 1 million copy's. Now to answer your question. You will be able to enter the codes just like you did in all the GTA's. Hope this answers your question.
