There isn't a way to get the skylift. You can try but there isn't any possible way to get it.

Do the mission for the man who has everything and go to the front carage and do not skip the cutscene with the skylift and when he drops you off use the buzzard cheat:359-555-2899. And when he says have fun whith it you crazy fool. Use the buzzard cheat and don't let the skylift out of your sight and chase after him and use the buzzard blades and push it to the airport and shoot yusuf with the machine gun:A. And get in and engoy cheats needed:buzzard:359-555-2899.health:362-555-0100. Cop down:267-555-0100.
