The ballad of gay tony is exclusive to xbox 360 microsoft paid a great deal of money to rockstar so it was only on their console.
I do not know of a PS3 exclusive though

Sorry bud,but it looks like both DLC's are going to stay 360 exclusives.and they are the only DLC's rockstar were going to work on

Cmmon it is availaible on ps3 it's not only for x-box you can get on sony shop (episodes from liberty city) which include both the games lost and dammed and the ballad of gay tony I have it bro me not lying.
