I believe that the best way to get a lot of money is to deliver cars for Brucie. Use the cheat code for Health whenever the car is damaged. The cheat code is 3625550100. After you deliver all the cars that he asks to you to his lockup, any car you bring to him he will give you money. Another way is to deliver cars to Stevie. I believe he gives you 3k or 30k.
