Yes there is.
Locate the airport on your map, then press up to bring out niko's phone. Then, once more to get to the keys and dial 989-559-0550. Then follow it there. When you reach it you will see a parking garage. Go up to the first floor to your right and tad. The shiny blue infernus is right in front of you!
