you can't, you may see one driving around but it'll be very rare, i left ine parked in the spot outside my safehose

Well if you left the car somewhere not in the designated parking spots by your safehouses then you will not have that car saved. Look for it throughout the city and eventually you will find the rare car.

The car that Bernie gaved you was different, it had some graffiti on the sides down. But you can find the same car at some point during the day in LC.
