Playboy X or Dwane

I know it is you get playboys crib if you kill him and you ghet dwanes mob to come as requested and if you kill dwane you get $25,000 or something. But whats the best choice?

I think it's always best to kill Playboy X, take his crib and get Dwaynes services, as Playboy just ditches you.
