My friends told me that if you cheat in GTA4 you can't complete the game 100. They say you can't get the last 1. Is this true?

Your it's true... If you cheat,,, it's impossible to complete it,,, this also happens on the other GTAs aswell,,, besides the playstation 1 GTAs
