If you usually use arrows when you play then it's not arrows, it's the joysticks. You have to get used to them. I did.

All you have to do is get the left stick, or left analog stick, and move it upward orforward depending on how you are holding the controller.

Move the left analog stick forward. If you are talking about the car, press R2.

You use the left thumbstick and push it forward. You can hold A to run, or repeatedly push it to sprint.
