Unlock Friends abilities, and do each activity.

Win a game of Pool, Darts and Bowling.

Beat the High Score in Qub3d.

Little Jacobs Drug runs.

Brucie's Races, and Exotic car exports.

That's all I can think of from the top of my head.

Few other side mission. I like the stunt jumps very much though.

In order to complete GTA 4 you must complete the following
Task to Complete Percentage Contributed
All 90 story missions - 68%
All 30 car thefts - 2%
All 50 stunt jumps - 2.5%
Destroy all 200 pigeons - 2.5%
All random character missions - 5%
At least 20 vigilante missions - 2.5%
Kill all 30 people on hit and most wanted list - 2.5%
Beat friends or computer at every activity - 5%
Get all special friend abilities (does not include Dwayne or Roman)- 10%

Get all friendship levels to max, do all of the stunt ramps, the wanted criminals list, etc.
