where's the DF8-90 that stevie needs??

Stevie needs this car, DF8-90, and it says that it's parked under the station by the amusment park...i've looked through all the parks and I can't find anything... If someone knows please help me...thanks

You don't even know what is an amusement park,aren't you?
Well the amusement park is where the rollercoaster screamer is located,
Near your first safehouse and the car is located in front of it.

Go to the park with the roller coaster in it. Its under a railway bridge in a small car park.

The Amusement Park is located near the bowling alley. The DF8-90 is located underneath the train tracks. It can be a little hard to see, but it's there!
