I ask is there a pattern to killing the pigeons that unlocks something? And on the Statue Of happiness there is a pigeon hiding on her hand how the heck do I kill it?

Go to the mid-area where there will be a sign that says, no hidden content this way. It's a secret easter egg. G o in and climb the ladder until you see the Heart Of Liberty. Take out a rocket launcher and shoot the top of the building.hope I helped:P p.s. When you kill all the pigeons you get rockets on the annighalaitor, sorry I can't spell.

Its called a sniper rifle.
And no, there isnt a pattern, but you get 5% game completion for killing all 200.
