There should be a b on the map indicating bernie is there with a mission but it's the car. P.S. Sweet car.

After he rings you, the Infernus will be indicated on your map with the Bernie Mission logo, round the back alley. Just put a waypoint there or something, and remember to park the Infernus inyour parking bay, 'cus you won't see it again.
