Hi I have heard you can use cheats on your mobile vone but when I do it it dosent work how exactly to you do it help would be very much appriecated

First of all you should complete the mission that Roman gives you his old mobile phone. Then you will be able to call any phone number you want.
To do this press twice up to bring your phone out, then write the phone number you want and finally call the number. For example when you call 3625550100 you will get armour.

CHrisX is pretty much right. Ill explain more though. When you start the game, you have a phone, but can only do multiplayer. When you get the phone press up on the d-pad twice to bring up the numbers. Ill use ChrisXs cheat for an example. Call that number and wait 2 secs. It should say cheat activated on the top of the screen and you will also here a ding. After the cheat, go to your phone there should be a section that says cheats go in ther and find a good cheat. P.s. ChrisXs cheat is for health AND armor.

Once you get the cell from roman about the second mission press up until the phone appears then press up one more time till you see the full keypad then type the number and press x her are some cheats
