You can get them in online multiplayer in cops ncrooks when your one fo the cops but other than that I don't think that theirs any other way you get them. I finished almost all of it and still havent seen any.

You can get one during multiplayer.
You might bwe able to get one by finishing all of the most wanted missionsonthe police computer aswell.

Sorry but as far as I know you can only online multiplayer playing cops and crooks.

I'm not sure if you can get a police uniform un less you are online playing "Cops and Crooks"... you can get a medic's uniform though.

You can put lots of stuff in the gta 4 you just need to have it for pc.crown vics,diff police unifroms.it's a lil schechy but not to hard to learn.
