Can you buy new phones and if so, how and where do I go

ANSWERS

No there is not any shop you can buy phones from but it dose get upgraded later on in one of the missions when you have to take a photo of some guys.
{can't remember which mission though}

You get a new phone from Playboy X in a mission in about the middle of the game.

You can get one off of Playboy X (a charecter in Algonquin) in a mission.

You unlock a New trendy mobile phone in Playboy X's second mission; 'Photo Shoot'.

It's a lovely camera phone, with better ringtone enabled shizzle. Wicked.

After you finish playbox X'as second mission, you unlock a new phone.
