In order to access extras you have to get a trophy that unlocks a theme. In example getting the loremaster trophy will get you Sazh's Theme for your PS3 and you can download it and it'll appear in your settings for theme. Trophies will unlock the themes, hope this helped

what they meant was what do u have to do to get the trophies in the first place, to get the themes
