You must continue to put in good performances in your fixtures through-out the season, regularly hitting a match rating of 8. You will be promoted within no time at all

Keep putting good performances in, if you average a match rating of 7.5-8.5, you should get promoted pretty quickly.

You have to keep with the team along time and prove yourself loyal then they will make you captain
