Once you fall though the window and have killed the crawler that attacks you, look to the left of the operation chair, there should be a doorway, when you walk through the doorway more crawlers will attack you, I would suggest slowing down time making it easier to kill them, once you have killed them all there should be a ramp to the left of the door you left the operation room through, there will be a door with an obstacle stuck in it, you must kick the obstacle to get through the door, hope this helps
