Where do I go to start my downloads ( old world blues, dead money, honeat hearts, and gunrinners arsenal) on a game I'm already playing, or do I need to start a new game to get to them

Normally when you start the game after the add-ons are downloaded, it shows a message saying that the name of the add-on has been added and the level cap has been increased by 5. There is a quest showing you where to go to start the quest.
