Get rid of some stuff, like storing it at the Lucky 38. Or wait until you can pick the Strong Back perk.

Well first off try storing your items in either your home or, if you got one, a companion. Whenever you level up you gain more strength therefore increasing your max weight limit. When it is available pick the Strong Back Perk which should increase you limit by 50. Not much you can do but make sure that you are only carrying things you need.
