1. Hidden Valley, almost in the dead center of the map. If you still have trouble finding it, google Hidden Valley, you'll get a lot more info about it.
2. Find the Hidden Valley, check all the bunkers within the caged area. One will be open and you'll be able to walk right in, then the quests will activate.
