Why do I stop getting XP points once I get past level 20?I have not gotten to level 21 yet,by the way.

You can only progress past level 20 when you have the dlc's or game of the year edition.

Because you might have hit the level cap. Other than that if you don't get XP then it's probably some sort of glitch.
