How do I beat the butcher
When I first meet the butch I'm trapped with him and he kills me so fast how do I beat him with just the advanced axe and hand gun?

I got the starting melee weapon, but dodge him when he first jumps to you, then attack, he will start to block you after 2 or 3 hits, when he does leap back because he will spinn attack, as soon as he stops spinning attack again to stop him leaping at you again and repeat it until he dies.

Defeat the butcher in three easy moves:
1) Duck when he first jumps on you.
2) Push him
3) Execute using melee weapon.
