Kycilia's Secret Request

I have a Question/concern regarding Kycilia's Secret Request Mission:
According to a website on Mission/Terminal unlocking, it says:
Kycilia's Secret Request - View terminal event "Kycilia's request";Do not clear "Dozle's secret request" OR be a member of Zeon OR M'quve at Trust

AND

Dozle's Secret Request - View terminal event "Dozle's request" - Clear collection mission "This is no Zaku, my friend!

So, Does this mean I can only clear/unlock one of those 2 missions with 1 Character,
Or can I complete Kycilia's Mission, and still do Dozle's Mission with 1 Character?

Ex: If I were to complete Kycilia's Secret Request Mission with Shinn Asuka, can I also do Dozle's Secret Request Mission using Shinn Asuka?
