I have completed building a label, but how do you unlock the rest of the locked items?

The icon chain is unlocked by accomplishing Icon status in the build a label mode, style and multi-platinum records can do this. Also the others are unlocked by accoplishing milestones online. A winning streak winning a certain amount etc.
