I'm guessing that you mean in multiplayer mode( sorry for the use of wrong English, if any), well as you keep playing and keep getting better, you will get exp. Points, from those you will level up, as you level up, at certain levels you will unlock certain guns, the higher the level, the better the gun stats are ( that does not mean however that it's the best gun, keep that in mind). And unlike black ops, you don't have to buy the guns after you unlock them to use them, they will already be able to be used.Hope I helped.

In special ops survival you have to level up and buy them each time you play but in multiplayer as pravinj said you level up and unlock hope I helped
