Shooting from the air
In derailed near the big building where the bobwire is there was a guy literally up in the air shooting down on us. When you shot him he spawned right back in the air until he was killed twice. If you didnt he would fall back down on top of the building that is out of bounds. He could shoot and kill you but your bullets don't reach him. Whats up with that. All of these can't be glitches. If so tell where they are. Thanks

What he is doing is called elevating, it is a glitch when you jump in the air and climb something at the same time. They recently fixed this glitch or was supposed to. I am not sure how to do it, but I have seen other people do it. Also, the reason he spawned twice is because he had a respawn flare right up in the air with him.

They are indeed all glitches. It's something to do with the large oil tank at the back, but I'm not sure exactly what to do...

If you wanted to kill him I would suggest using a sniper, then wait till he respawns then kill him again.

He was using the elevator. Every map has an area were if you keep changing from crouching, standing, and jumping you can float up to a certain point in air. Most maps you can kill them easily but some maps you have to be in a certain place.
