I'm not familiar with the term....
If you're refering to a glitch of some sorts, I have no idea.
If not, you need to be more precise, many people from over the world come to this site and not all people know the same names for different slang.

You can no longer do the Elevator glitch, as the recent update for it made it patched, and no longer usable, along with the care package glitch...sorry.
