How do I get back my missing map packs and gun that I bought?
I stopped playing my ps3 for 3-4 weeks while playing my ps4 and when I got back to playing black ops 2 I lost my map packs and my gun but on the same day my ps4 lost the ability to multi-play online with my guest accounts I suspect that I was hacked but I'm not too sure

I would check your account email, see if Sony has sent you any emails. You might have to go as far as factory resetting the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation 4. Re add your account and download the content over.
