I completed campaign on veteran but didnt get the trophy, do I hav to reach a certain level on zombies to complete it?

No you don't from what I believe. Just complete the campaign. You may need to actually die in the after-campaign zombies match for it to register completion and not just quit the mode.

nah i hav completed it on hardened and veteran and played on zombies til i died, when i go back to main menu and select campaign it says resume game and still at zombies.

if you quitted the mission even if you saved it, it does register as a completed mission. even if you loaded that save up again and finished the missionSearch for more answers for Call of Duty: Black Ops or ask your own question here.
