I actually got this game on the 19th I understand most of the game, but I really just want to know what are the best ways to get EXP in Multiplayer?

Kill people, yes. Also do take objectives, destroy vehicles etc...

Go as a medic because you can heal, revive and make kills and you make big difference in winning and losing
