If I'm right you have to have saved data from the first army of two game and it will give you notification that some weapons have been unlocked. The grand pinger and another weapon are the only ones that can be unlocked this way. Though I have yet been able to do so. You might have to achieve some things in the first game first. I hope this helped...

The m107.50 cal can be unlocked by you letting that chinese kid use the sniper rifle in the hospital
