Unlock Curtis the Panda (Carnival Island):
Reach Rank 80 with 2 characters.
Unlock Dr. Nefarious (Ratchet and Clank):
Reach Rank 80 with 3 characters.
Reaching Rank 10 with any character will unlock their alternate costume.
Listed below from worse to best are the coloured belts and where they rank against each other.

Blue
Green
Purple
Red
Brown
